Ingredients: 

Chicken 

Chicken marinade: 

150 ml yogurt + lemon juice + spices favorite order (I used salt, pepper, thyme) 

Altgmash: 

  3/4 cup flour +1 / 2 cup starch + salt and pepper / oil for frying. 

How to prepare: 

season chicken marinade ingredients and leave at least 6 hours or, better left for the next day Valtlajh 
Mix ingredients Tgmash chicken and covered by Valthelajh and leave for an hour 
Heat oil over medium heat (do not exceed 180 degrees). The oil then fry the chicken about 10 minutes on each side. And served with roasted potatoes or a little rice or bread
